Hockey Goblin Return Policy

At Hockey Goblin, we stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. Our return policy is designed to be straightforward and professional, so you can spend less time worrying about logistics and more time on the ice.

Standard Returns (Unused & Unopened)

If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original invoice date for a full refund or store credit.

To qualify for a standard return:

  • Items must be in new, unused, and sellable condition.

  • Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all factory seals intact.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you choose to use a Hockey Goblin pre-paid return label, a standard $8.99 return fee will be deducted from your final refund.

 

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

For safety, performance, and quality control reasons, certain items are strictly non-returnable once opened or used. These exceptions include:

  • Hockey Wax & Performance Pastes: Bottles of Goblin Snot cannot be returned if the factory seal is broken, the cap has been removed, or the product has been applied to equipment.

  • Tapes: Non-returnable if the original shrink-wrap or packaging has been removed.

  • Custom Merchandise: Any apparel or gear featuring custom names, numbers, logos, or sizing alterations are final sale.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a cracked bottle, leaking paste, or a compromised seal) or is defective right out of the box, we’ve got your back. Please contact our support team within 14 days of delivery. We will cover the return shipping costs and send out a replacement immediately, or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Label: Visit our online return portal or contact customer service to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and your printable shipping label.

  2. Box It Up: Carefully package the item(s) in a sturdy shipping box. Please include a copy of your order confirmation email or the original packing slip inside the box.

  3. Drop It Off: Attach the return label over any existing shipping barcodes and drop the package off at your nearest carrier location.

Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it arrives at our Michigan facility. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3 to 7 business days for the funds to post to your account.
